Sarajevo Entered New Years 2023 Celebration in Style
Sarajevo entered the New Year 2023 in a festive spirit! The city was decorated better than ever, the streets were full of locals and foreign tourists and the New Year atmosphere was felt in the air.
Hotel and private accommodation capacities had long been filled and festive revelers attended the New Year’s street concert to enter the new calendar year 2023. Visitors to Sarajevo for the New Year enjoyed the Dubioza Kolektiv concert in front of the Eternal Fire.
As part of the New Year’s program in Sarajevo, a traditional concert by the Sarajevo Philharmonic was also held at the National Theater.
According to the city mayor Benjamina Karić, Sarajevo broke all the New Years records with 11.264 guests and 21,971 hotel stays.
